Yesterday I wanted to download my tree from my web, as a GEDCOM. It seemed to work and I got a message that it would take a few minutes and that I would get an e-mail with a link where I could download it. Today, 24 hrs later I still have not received that mail, but a lot of other "crap" mails from MyHeritage. Did the same thing early this morning, no luck, after 5 hrs no mail!
Today it is Sunday 48 hrs after my first trial to download the GEDCOM and..... still no mai, no link and no file and as usual, not an answer from the support team and I pay for PRIORITY support!
Today (4/2) 72 hrs after my first trial.... still no mail and no file.
Today (5/2) 96 hrs after........ nothing. THAT is PRIORITY SUPPORT!!!!!
Today (6/2) ........ NOTHING!!!!
Today (7/2) and..... NOTHING!
Today (10/2) AFTER an answer from the Support Team (To me it seems they do NOT understand my question so I have told them again I WANT TO CREATE A GEDCOM FILE FROM MY WEB-TRRE THAT I CAN DOWNLOAD), Is that so hard to understand! But again.... you have guessed it..... NO mail, NO link!!!
Thank you for writing and we appreciate your patienece over the course of this week. We realize it might be frustrating to hear but you're going to need to press the export GEDCOM button again. As it seems like our system was not able to create the gedcom.
I've tried to export the GEDCOM for you, however - if you are using the Family Tree Builder you can do it from within the software by going to File > Export GEDCOM.
If however you mean the WEB tree that you have I've sent it to both you, and I just to make sure the file will be received. Looking from your account details at this moment I can see that it did.
Please check in your spam inbox of the email that it was indeed sent and was received by you.
Let me know if you need any additional information or assistance.
Neither of your suggestions work. Have not received a link, can NOT download a GEDCOM. And IF I export WITHIN my FTB software it will create a GEDCOM on my PC that I can EXPORT to the web. I want the OPPOSITE, create a GEDCOM from my WEB-TREE on the WEB that I can download to my PC!
